These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Oakcrest platform at socialoakcrest.com. By entering the Oakcrest Age Gate you accept these terms in full.

Eligibility

Oakcrest is restricted to adults aged eighteen or over resident in New Zealand. The Oakcrest Age Gate requires affirmative confirmation of both conditions before any session begins on the platform.

Virtual credits only

All gameplay on Oakcrest — Southern Crown Megaways and Pacific Roulette Prestige — runs on virtual session credits. Credits hold zero monetary value. They cannot be purchased, redeemed, traded or transferred. No money activity is possible anywhere on the platform.

No money activity

There is no deposit interface anywhere on Oakcrest. There is no payout mechanism. There is no method by which session credits can be converted into money, goods, services, prizes or anything of real-world value.

Platform availability

Oakcrest is provided on an as-available basis. We make no warranty of continuous availability. Sessions reset whenever a browser tab is closed — this is intentional architectural behaviour, not a defect of the platform.

Operator and jurisdiction

The Oakcrest platform is operated by Social Oakcrest in New Zealand. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
